Service Description

The Intergenerational Workplace Assessment is a data-driven, customisable process designed to uncover, measure, and resolve the specific generational challenges impacting your workplace. Depending on the modules you select, the assessment can examine factors such as: • IG Dynamics – Understand the relationships and expectations between generations in your team. • Workplace Culture – Identify alignment or friction between generational values and workplace practices. • Industry-Specific Factors – Target the unique generational challenges within your sector. What you’ll gain: • Clear, tailored insight into the real causes of generational tension. • Prioritised solutions with measurable impact on retention, engagement, and productivity. • Actionable recommendations designed for your specific organisational context. Business outcomes: • Reduce turnover costs by addressing disengagement early. • Boost team cohesion and productivity through better collaboration. • Strengthen leadership capability in managing multi-generational teams. • Improve succession planning and future leadership readiness. The process includes: 1. Customisation – Select the modules that match your organisation’s needs. 2. Data collection – Surveys, interviews, and (if selected) focus groups. 3. Analysis – Data is benchmarked and broken down by generation. 4. Recommendations – A clear action plan with timelines and expected ROI. 5. Debrief – In-person or virtual presentation for your leadership team. Pricing: Based on organisation size, industry, and modules chosen.
